ELN organizes and facilitates Peer Coaching Groups which are composed of executives from the first and second management level and enhances personal networks among highly qualified management personalities coming from business, public institutions and government agencies.

It defines itself as an organization, which brings executives together in a group format for management training. In these groups, which are professionally facilitated, the team members learn from each other and exchange their experiences.
