5-7 participants with comparable management challenges meet in regular intervals and in the same group composition. Each retreat lasts about 2 ½ days and is facilitated by a skilled ELN-Coach in order to ensure that the group works systematically on the individual cases, to enhance peer coaching, to encourage the exchange of experiences as well as the feedback process among the participants.

The goal:

critical reflection of one’s own management decisions concerning present work challenges, based on the dialogue with competent peers.

Each group member is personally coached by the peer group and is, at the same time, a coach for each of the other group members.
