ELN participants commit themselves to the group to:

• Attend all 6 consecutive meetings of an ELN cycle, which take place each three to four months, within an overall time span of 18-22 months.
• Be willing to present critical situations and problems from one’s own area of responsibility to the peer group.
• Be willing to reflect on one’s own activities and actions in the context of the cases presented and provide, as well as receive, personal feedback.
• Keep absolutely confidential anything which is discussed at the meetings.
• Prepare individually for each ELN meeting
• Participate in the organization of the meeting – as a general rule, each participant organizes one meeting within a cycle (selection and booking of the meeting pace in his/her area).
