Born 1965, psychologist. Studies of psychology with focus on business and organizational psychology, and minor subject labour legislation at the LMU Munich; also graduation as Dr. rer. nat. with the title “Motives, drivers and transformal leadership as factors for effective leadership”.
10 years of job experience as internal consultant and executive at the HYPO-Bank-AG and HypoVereinsbank AG.
After that, 1999 founding an own consulting company “A47 Consulting” together with Dr. Ulfried Klebl and Dr. Brigitte Winkler, as well as 2010 – 2013 professor for business psychology for diagnostics and leadership at the Fachhochschule for applied management in Erding.
