Born in 1966, he studied economics at the WHU Koblenz / Otto Beisheim School of Management, Vallendar (Germany), the A&M University in Texas (USA) and at the ESC in Tours (France).

Presently, he is CEO and Executive Coach of ELN GmbH and Senior Advisor for the Allfoye Managementberatung GmbH. Before, he was partner and CEO of avantum consult AG. Prior to this, he was a managing director of Ernst&Young Consulting GmbH and a vice president of Cap Gemini Germany, where he was responsible for the market segment “top mid-size companies”.

He has more than 30 years of consulting experience in various industries with the emphasis on facilitation of complex process of change in the context of reengineering, outsourcing, internationalization, mergers & acquisitions and post-merger integration projects.

He attained great competency in the areas of change management and organizational development. For more than 25 years he has been part of supervision and inter-vision groups, as well as ELN Peer Coaching Groups.
