Born in 1939, he studied psychology and attained qualifications in personnel growth, group dynamics and organizational development in France, England and the USA. He worked in the capacity of a TV editor, managing director of a training center for technical education, as manager in two international organizations, as a manager of a youth summer school in England, as well as a faculty member of the INSEAD institute for Business & Administration in Fontainebleau.
For over 40 years he has been active as an independent consultant working internationally in the area of organizational development, change management, mediation, as well as individual and team coaching.
